Guaranteed Fixed Price
Once you receive a written quote from wdb, we agree to work to that fixed price. If additional costs crop-up, we take the burden. Obviously, this does not include changes and additions to the original brief, but we will always tell you if something is going to increase the cost before we do it.
Flexible Payment Plan
We are here to help and make life easy – that’s why we split our payment plan into thirds – the first installment is a retainer at the beginning of the project, the second upon completion of the design and the final installment is due when the website is published.
Free Training
We will provide you and/or members of your staff with a free, half-day training session to help you get the most out of your website.
On-Going Support
Once your website is finish, we do not disappear – we will continue to give you three months on-going support for free to ensure everything is running smoothly.
